The workshop has 50 high-speed thin-wall injection moulding machines, supported by robotic handling, central material feeding and automated packaging. These connect moulding, part removal, stacking and packing.
Materials, moulding, inspection and packing have dedicated areas. Class 100,000 cleanrooms and quality checks support food packaging production.

In-mould labelling & product design
Discuss in-mould labelling, custom moulds and artwork alongside materials, colours, dimensions and branding.
Sampling follows design approval. Sample costs, quantities and production arrangements are agreed for each project.
Material & process checks
We use food-grade PP and check first articles, production runs and finished batches. Checks cover wall thickness, weight, deformation, sealing and component fit.
Test documents and reinspection requirements can be discussed for each product and order.

01 · Requirements & selection
Tell us about your food, dimensions, usage conditions and quantities so we can discuss suitable containers and lids.
02 · Sampling & approval
Standard custom sampling is usually scheduled over 3–5 days. Timing is confirmed after artwork, materials and the sample specification are agreed.
03 · Delivery & inspection
Inspect a sample of the goods on receipt. If you find transit damage or a shortage, send photographs within 24 hours so we can investigate.
04 · After-sales support
For a batch quality issue, we provide a proposed resolution within 24 hours. Returns, replacements or additional shipments are discussed for defects, incorrect goods or shortages.
