Quality training for management and technical teams

Yilixiang brought its management and technical teams together for training on quality awareness, work efficiency and lean management. The sessions focused on getting work right the first time to reduce rework and avoidable costs.

Using examples from daily operations, the training covered production processes, quality management and cooperation between departments. Case discussions and questions explored how to prevent errors, carry out tasks accurately and reduce rework.
